Robyn Body Wisdom
Robyn teaches Joyful Movement which is inspired by yoga, but it's a mix of lots of different things: Tai Chi, dance, martial arts, kids yoga, improvisation, lots of general silliness and fun.
Joyful movement works on movements to improve coordination, balance and body awareness and control, experimenting with what our body can do. It's a great way to energise, relax, release and prepare the body for other types of movement. There's no right or wrong, there's no being 'good at it' or 'bad at it and it's not about what it looks like.
Robyn will be the first class of the day at our event to help get dances out of their heads and into their bodies and experience the joy movement can bring us, in a safe and non-judgmental space.
